Intelligent Tea Quality Analysis System

Abstract:
In the professional field of analyzing tea quality, tea analysts often need to accumulate a lot of time experience and long-term related training to analyze the quality of many different types of tea. Therefore, tea analysts need to spend a lot of time and energy.
This research designs and develops a multi-light source analyzer and a cloud computing intelligent tea quality analysis system. The multi-light source analyzer can reflect different light source responses to the irradiation of different tea varieties, and is related to the tea database designed in this research. Analyzing and comparing, the results of tea classification of different quality grades can be obtained.
Through the experimental process and results designed in this research, users can easily analyze the quality levels of various tea industries without professional training.
